Jerry's work experience constructing high end commercial recording studios, along with Eric's project management skills, form the foundation of this highly reputable company. The office is located in Newtown, CT where Eric currently resides with his daughter and son who is learning the ins and outs of the company, working closely with his father on all projects. Jerry retired in Mahopac, NY with his wife. Their extensive construction knowledge and personal guarantees set them apart from others. Sterling Associates owns its own fleet of vehicles, machinery, tools and equipment enabling them to perform all facets of construction from excavation and framing, to siding and trim work. You can find Eric and his son, Jordan, on the job throughout the entire duration of the project and are available 24 hours a day via cell phone, e-mail, and an office answering service.
